As a company, you know how important it is to connect with your audience and keep fresh videos and content in front of them. You can either buy the content every time, or learn how to create professional level content without the professional cost.
Not only will you have new content to use after completing one of our packages, you will also have complete freedom and control over your photos and videos. Most companies do not realize that many production companies will hold your footage hostage and only deliver a final video as a way to secure future income from you. Any time you want to update a video with a new clip, or create a new video using the existing footage, you will have to go through them to accomplish that and pay additional fees each time. When you make the decision to lead your own productions you will never have to pay for access to your own media archive again.

The length of time depends on how quickly you move through the syllabus. Each day of training will take a few hours. At the end of each training day, you will have tasks assigned. The next day of training occurs once your team has completed the tasks. Each package has a minimum of 5 training days. The absolute least amount of time will be 5 business days.
It truly depends on your business needs and how your company approaches the responsibility of creating a production. Whether you have 1 person attend who will then train their colleagues and delegate tasks, or 5 people attend - such as your interns who will likely be handling some of the tasks - is up to you.
For some of our packages, such as Summer Vacation which has more technical production aspects, there is a mix of in-person training and video conferencing. All packages will include training over video conference. Some will be exclusive Video Conference training, such as the Staycation package. After purchasing your package, signing your contract, and paying the deposit, you will schedule your meeting. During this meeting we can answer any questions and get you ready for Day 1. This call should not last longer than 30 minutes, but could take up to an hour depending on how many questions you have.
The Industry Veterans who created this program will be training you! Valerie Bobo, an Emmy Award winning Producer, will be leading the training for preproduction, production, and social media. David Sadvari, a Los Angeles based commercial Director of Photography and editor, will be leading the training for setting up your gear, running your production day, and editing. Both will be on set for the packages that require it.

Once you think through the type of company you have and the purpose for the content, you should be able to pinpoint the best package. Still not sure? Contact us and we will walk you through the different packages to identify the one that best suits your needs.
Each program has a base rate with variables that will affect the final cost. The base rate is the fee for the program and covers your training materials, templates, David and Valerie’s training fee, and the cost of David and Valerie’s travel if required. The variable rates are things your company will directly cover such as the cost to rent or buy equipment, 1099 contract hires, actors, or software programs. These variable costs will be discussed as you work your way through your package.
Payments can be made through our secured website payment portal.
No, in order to begin the training you will need to make a 50% deposit up front. Once you have completed your Production Day, you will receive an invoice for the final 50% payment due upon receipt
Yes! We encourage you to. These will be your reference materials when you are ready to continue to create your own content.

Your success is our success. Once you have completed your training, each package offers additional consulting beyond the training period. This benefit is built-in at no additional charge to you and is there to ensure you feel confident as you take control of your content.
Want some guidance on a negotiation with an agent but you have already used your consulting credits? No problem! We offer additional consulting billed on a per-hour basis.
You can use your consulting credit to revisit any part of the training program you purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, getting advice on setting up your gear, revisiting your photo or video editing training, or negotiating with Agents.
Not a problem. Once you have purchased a package, we are happy to send replacement materials if yours accidentally get deleted or misplaced. Just send an email with a list of the materials you need and we will resend them to you.

Day 1 in each program is very similar. This day is primarily to introduce you to the program, the systems and templates you will be using, and get your creative or marketing team started on their first tasks. After that, each following day will be unique to the program but the structure is the same : training on the materials and websites you will use for that step of the program followed by tasks your team will need to accomplish before scheduling the next training day.
That depends on the package you select. Some examples may be creating log-ins for casting websites, ordering or renting any equipment you may need, or completing questionnaires that help guide you through the creative process.
It shouldn’t. Each training day will only require a few hours of your time (except for production days) and the tasks shouldn’t take more than a few additional hours at the most. As we mentioned, the programs are created to go at your own pace. You can space your training how you’d like and take 1 day or 4 days to complete your tasks.
You will! The training programs are created in a way that allows us to hold your hand and guide you every step of the way. By the time the training is complete, you will have created your first project ready to be used on your website, Ecommerce site, or social media channels!
